The bed Foundation is whole box structure, it is made of high standard cast iron (HT300) a molding casting, after the second aging treatment, stable performance; 45 degree oblique back bed, high rigidity ,chip removal convenient, bed guide rail by quenching Processing and precision grinding, good precision, suitable for heavy cutting. Skateboard sliding surface using plastic veneer process, so that the feed system stiffness, friction and other dynamic and static, static characteristics in the best condition.
