The machine tool adopts gantry frame,bed and column integrated cast iron, the distance between spindle center and Z-axis is small, which reduces the tilting moment of spindle box and improves the precision and stability of the machine tool.
The main key parts of the bad, crossbeam, sliding saddle,spindle box,etc.are all made of resin sand molding,high-strength and high-quality cast iron,which is good in stability.
It adopts the international advanced design concept of the machine tool and the structure is reasonable and reliable.
The five-axis machining center has the characteristics of high efficiencyand high precision. The workpiece can complete complex processingin one clamping. lt can adapt to the processing of modern molds suchas automotive parts and aircraft structural parts. There is a bigdifference between the five-axis machining center and the pentahedronmachining center. Many people don’t know this and mistakenly regardthe pentahedron machining center as a five-axis machining center.The five-axis machining center has five axes: x, y, z, a, and c. The xyz andac axes form five-axis linkage machining. lt is good at spatial curvedsurface machining, special-shaped machining, hollowing machining,punching, oblique holes, bevel cutting, etc. The “pentahedron machiningcenter” is similar to a three-axis machining center, except that it can do fivefaces at the same time, but it cannot do special-shaped machining, punchoblique holes, cut bevels, etc.
