Many people don’t know this and mistakenly regardthe pentahedron machining center as a five-axis machining center.The five-axis machining center has five axes: x, y, z, a, and c. The xyz andac axes form five-axis linkage machining. lt is good at spatial curvedsurface machining, special-shaped machining, hollowing machiningpunching, oblique holes, bevel cutting, etc. The “pentahedron machiningcenter” is similar to a three-axis machining center, except that it can do fivefaces at the same time, but it cannot do special-shaped machining, punchoblique holes, cut bevels, etc.
